The Iligan Medical Center College Women’s Basketball Team will be competing in the 1st Women’s Open Basketball Tournament sponsored by the city sports commission of Iligan City.

The IMCC team had a hard time purchasing other uniforms aside from the game jersey which the school will provide, so the team opted to ask a help from BIG BANGs PHILIPPINES.

Mary Joan Clavite, Viane Lariosa, Herza Andres, JohnRey Pagaling with open arms answered the need of the Womens team of IMCC.

At around 10:30 in the morning of August 7, 2009, in the board room of Iligan Medical Center College, the President of the Institution Mr. Royce S. Torres, and the head of students affairs Mr. Reynaldo Mancia received the 17 shirts.  The shirts will be used by the team as their warm-ups.  The President was very happy and very open to help and making a partnership with Big Bangs Philippines in implementing their programs especially in sports.
