AusAID, the Australian Government’s aid organisation, recently commissioned a documentary about the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development program.
Pierre Johannessen, CEO of the Big Bangs, was featured in Bangladesh.  This short video gives some glimpse into the conditions in which the Big Bangs were created!

The Big Bangs lent a hand to the Dhaka Triathlon Club, and in the process helped raise much needed funds for Habitat for Humanity, who are undertaking Cyclone Rebuilding in Southern Bangladesh.

I couldn’t be prouder of my scars and bruises… last week my team and I helped build a home in Kaliganj, about 2 hours outside of Dhaka.
Of all the forms of aid that can be given, physically contributing to a tangible result has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had.
