The Big Bangs Philippines Donated 17 shirts for the Womens Basketball team of Iligan Medical Center College of Iligan City, Philippines. The team joined the 1st Womens  Basketball Tournament,  that started last November 16, 2009. At this stage,  the tournament is already in the final four round in which the IMCC Womens Team ranked number 1 in the tournament with the 4 and 0 standing after the elimenation round. On the 4th of November, the Big(Star)Bangs Philippines hosted its 1st Basketball Clinic held at the Iligan City National High School – Tambacan Annex, Tambacan, Iligan City. It was a humid yet sunny day for the 1st Basketball Clinic of Big Bangs Philippines Committee.

The BIG BANGS have partnered with a local community in Philippines to feed hundreds of underprivileged kids

The BIG BANG BALLERS, an international NGO founded by former Australian Youth Ambassador for Development and current Young Australian of the Year Nominee Pierre Johannessen, have initiated a feeding program distributing food to over 120 underprivileged children in Illigan City, Philippines each week.

The Iligan Medical Center College Women’s Basketball Team will be competing in the 1st Women’s Open Basketball Tournament sponsored by the city sports commission of Iligan City.
The IMCC team had a hard time purchasing other uniforms aside from the game jersey which the school will provide, so the team opted to ask a help from BIG BANGs PHILIPPINES.
